Xtire Sealant TRUCK instantly seals punctures in tube and tubeless tires of trucks, buses and tractors. Xtire Sealant TRUCK increases the availability the fleet and strictness in complying scheduled deliveries and services.

by objects up to 1/4" (6mm) in diameter
• Tire with tubes: instantly seals punctures in the tread area made
by objects up to 1/8" (3mm) in diameter

1. Lift the vehicle with a jack to protect the tire (when it is totally
deflated the weight of the car can damage it);
2. Remove the valve core with the valve tool and allow the tire
to fully deflate;
3. Shake the gallon for a minute;
4. Attach the Xtire hand pump (sold separately) on the gallon drum;
5. Adjust the pump to apply the dosage required for each tire;
6. Attach the hose on the valve stem;
7. Slowly pump to inject the sealant into the tire until the dosing
is complete;
8. Clean up the valve stem to eliminate sealant residues with
compressed air;
9. Reinstall the valve core and inflate the tire;
10. Repeat procedure above for other tires;
11. Dual wheel trucks: remove the outer wheel to access the
inner wheel and then apply the sealant. The sealant after
placed on the truck.
